Istovremeno, Armenci su prema granici poslali svoje trupe u opasnoj eskalaciji događaja koji bi mogli biti uvod u novi ratni sukob na Kavkazu.

Iran has always said Nagorno-Karabakh belongs to the Republic of Azerbaijan. The IRGC even trained Azeri troops to retake land lost to Armenia until Ilham Aliyev was forced by NATO to end the program.
